By creating an account or using Pressly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Pressly is a free web application that allows musicians to build, host, and share electronic press kits. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pressly. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Pressly with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Pressly (bios, photos, music, videos, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You represent that you have the rights to all content you upload.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Pressly to:

  • Post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing content.
  • Impersonate another person or artist.
  • Distribute malware or attempt to compromise the Service.
  • Scrape, abuse, or overload our systems.
  • Use Pressly for spam or unsolicited promotional activity.

7. Free Service & Donations

Pressly is free to use. Optional donations are gratefully accepted but are non-refundable and do not entitle you to any additional services or features.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pressly and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of Pressly after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
