• Profile content like your bio, photos, music links, videos, and show dates.

We also automatically collect limited technical information (such as page views, device type, and referrer) to understand how your EPK is performing.

• To allow press and labels to discover you in our artist directory.

Your public EPK content is, by design, visible to anyone with the link. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us run Pressly (such as hosting and database providers), or when required by law.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to measure basic usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features of Pressly may not work correctly.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your profile and EPK content at any time from your dashboard. If you'd like a copy of your data or want your account fully removed, contact us through the contact page.

8. Children's Privacy

Pressly is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Pressly after changes means you accept the updated policy.
